I had heard that part of a local water project had progressed to the point where hydrants were up in a location that had been an empty field and thought it could make for some interesting photos, so I went to check it out. It wasn't exactly as I had hoped, but I took this photo from a low angle showing a familiar landmark in the background to make the point. It wasn't going to be the front page photo at first, but once I looked over my choices I discovered this photo would stand alone and be understood by local residents without a lot of details, which moved it to front.
