This week's front page features a slight redesign to the top of the page. After promoting our new freelance columnist for weeks I was not all that keen on reverting back to the marmot photo used in the past as our 'unofficial' mascot. I'll find a better use for him, I'm sure. The slightly larger 'News Leader' pushes everything down a bit lower to force a large 'brand' on the top half of the paper, above the fold. The photo this week came from a set taken by my wife of a local landmark receiving a much needed face lift.
