I took this photo at the Town Council meeting that was scheduled for early in the week. The news release on the award presentation ran in the previous week's issue, but the award had not been presented to the full Town Council until this meeting. I thought it was as good a time as any to get a group shot and I was the only person with a camera in the room at the time so I chose to put it on the Front Page for those reasons.
