The Accessibility Awareness Committee staged an exercise last week which placed local and regional government officials in wheelchairs. They were given a route in the downtown core to travel with specific tasks to perform. I knew the front page photo was going to come from that event. When Councillor Frank found it impossible to enter the public washroom in Town Hall in a wheelchair I knew I had my photo. I took a few of him struggling and this one - with an expression of frustration on his face - was the best of the bunch.
