It was another week where I had no shortage of choices for the front page photo but I decided I needed to put something about the annual agricultural fall fair (which took place over the weekend) there. I was presented with a perfect opportunity as soon as I arrived at the fairgrounds - our newly elected Mayor playing horseshoes. It took a couple of shots to get this one and I knew it was going on the front as soon as it was taken. I wasn't planning on a second photo for the front page but when I decided it wasn't going to hurt this issue I had a lot of choices and settled on a group shot of boys from our community playing in the first exhibition game of our local Junior B hockey team.
