The choice for this week's Front Page was a no-brainer for me. I had an photo-op invitation e-mailed to me early in the week regarding a presentation to two local residents. The Vital Link Awards are presented by BC Ambulance Service to residents who assist in saving a life. That alone was enough to push it to the front page in my mind, so I never considered any other photo taken during the week as even close. I was also able to run the story related to the award presentation right under the photo in this position.
