The Front Page was just about the last one completed for this week's issue. There were a lot of things going on in the area, but nothing really jumped out at me as being meant for the front of this issue. Then during the morning of my deadline day we noticed the public works department hanging Christmas decorations on lamp standards in the downtown core. I grabbed my camera and walked only across the street from our office to snap this photo. It said a lot more than I could write about so it went on Front Page.
