The official dedication of a refurbished municipal building presented a number of photo-ops mid-week so I wasn't worried about trying to fill space with this issue. While at the ceremony I was thinking that the ribbon cutting would be a good front page photo, so when the time came, the organizers set the photo up with media at the top of the stairs shooting down at the VIPs who were facing their backs to the crowd. I didn't like the idea and suggested it be reversed with media out on the street shooting back at the building. I got my way and this photo.
