Hockey season, already? Yup. The ice went in over a week ago at the local arena and hockey school just wrapped up. Lucky for me I have a pal who snaps a lot of photos for me and seems to be in places I can't always get to so when he brought me a set of photos from the just completed hockey school I knew this was a front page photo as soon as I saw it. I used another one of his shots inside the paper to run with a story about the local team and was happy with the results.
