As was the case last week, a pal of mine was at an event I couldn't attend and was kind enough to snap some photos for me. The local Junior B hockey team started their pre-season during the weekend so this photo of a dry-land exercise during a try-out camp late the previous week was the perfect fit for the front page story I added after the fact to tie it all together.
