I am going to call this a major fluke. Days after a local group met just over the border at the site of a decommissioned dam located on the same river that passes through our community, my wife Brenda and I happened to be in the same area for a relaxing holiday. We snapped some photos of the dam completely unaware of what had taken place a few days before. Then we received a news release explaining the meeting and it just made sense to run it, another story about the watershed, and the dam photo all on the front page.
