It is not common to have three levels of government (local, provincial and federal) in our community for a public announcement. Last week I received a call from two of them tipping me off to an early morning project unveiling set to take place half a block from my office. I was there early and snapped a number of photos with a group shot near the end of the event. It was one of the final photos taken that ended up on the front page.
