This week's front page photo was a no-brainer. A forest fire burning not far from the community took most of the attention away from virtually everything else going on in the region. My wife went out to take photos and videos of the smoke and two others sent in photos for us. This photo was taken from a high elevation and captured a lot of the scene with a massive smoke cloud. I enhanced the photo just slightly to pull out the reddish colours in the smoke and left it on the front page.
